In Spain, tens of thousands of hunting dogs are discarded, abandoned and killed each year when the hunting season comes to an end, and they are deemed no longer useful. As they aren’t considered pets, they are excluded from protection by animal welfare laws. Many hunting dogs spend their lives chained, neglected and horrifically abused, and without any consequences for the perpetrators.
This t-shirt features art of my own Spanish Galgo, Magpie. Magpie was rescued by Galgo Del Sol in January 2025.
I will be donating £10 from the sale of each shirt directly to Galgo Del Sol, to go a little way towards helping them continue their vital work of rescuing these beautiful doggos from the horrors they endure, and finding them the safe and loving forever homes that they deserve.
Each soft-feel cotton t-shirt is printed to order by myself to reduce unnecessary waste.
