Shipping + Returns.
Please note - as of December 13th 2024, due to the GPSR (General Product Safety Directive) legislation set by the EU, I am no longer able to ship to the EU or NI.
PLANET-FRIENDLY PACKAGING
Where possible, your items will be sent mindfully packaged in reused materials. Where this isn't practical, I will always use packaging that is either recycled, recyclable, biodegradable and/or compostable.
Where practical, I will always use paper tape rather than plastic, and any time I'm sending larger items that require wrapping and protecting (canvasses!), I will always opt for bubble wrap and packing peanuts that can biodegrade. Plastic sucks. Please reuse/recycle your packaging. Thank you!
POSTAGE COSTS
Postage costs are dependant on the shipping destination and weight of the product(s) ordered, and are calculated at checkout. Please add your desired items to your cart and select postage options from the drop down menu to see cost before purchase.
DISPATCH TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 days of the order being placed. Once posted, shipping times can vary.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Hopefully everything arrives as you'd hope and you're over the moon with your new stuff, but if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please drop me an email as soon as you're able, and I'll do my very best to fix it for you.
If you wish to return an item, you have 14 calendar days to do so from the date that you received it.
IMPORTANT: Please contact me for a return address and to let me know to expect your item.
All returns will be at the expense of the buyer unless the item has been damaged in transit, or there is any kind of fault that I missed.
When sending an item back to me, it must be the same condition that you received it. When packaging your item, please include a note of your name, email address and order number – this will speed things up my end and ensure that no errors are made.
Once I receive your item, I’ll take a look and notify you that it has been received.
We can then discuss whether a replacement or a refund is appropriate. If a refund is decided, this will be paid to your original method of payment. This may take a few days to reach your bank, depending on your card issuer's policies.
When you're buying clothing, please ensure that you take note of the measurements and read all descriptions properly prior to purchase. All thrifted and upcycled items are selected with care - but due to the nature of thrifting and age of some items, there may be slight flaws.
Where applicable, these will always be described and pictured within the product pages - so please read everything thoroughly prior to purchase. Rest assured - I would never sell anything that I'd be disappointed to receive, but mistakes can happen and sometimes things are missed.
